Yuan Sarutobi

Personality:

The sunglasses wearing white haired cigarette smoking Genin Yuan Sarutobi of Konohagakure. Having trouble during the academy for his very delinquent like attitude he doesn't care what people think about him everything from sitting off firecrackers in the Academy classroom or painting a whole block of the village in tie-dye colors, or just getting into fights with other students. Despite all of his flaws he seems very loyal to the village and his friends, unlike most of his family he doesn't really fit in with the rest of the Sarutobi Clan because of his attitude. During fights Yuan likes to use fireworks and explosives to fight along with things like Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu.

History:

Yuan Sarutobi was born 14 years ago into the Sarutobi Clan and was loud and rambunctious even as an infant his mother was a member of the Sarutobi Clan while his father ran away before he was even born.  When Yuan turned 5 years old his mother took him to a fireworks festival the young Sarutobi thanks to that event grew a love a fireworks. When Yuan turned 7 years old Tragedy struck Yuan's Mother died while away on a mission for the Village. That event made Yuan a very bitter person and a little more violent and started to get into more fights. Luckily when the Genin Exams came around when he turned 14, and Yuan easily passed it suprising his instructors who thought he wouldn't have passed.

Small Roleplay Sample:

"Okay this will be easy Yuan all ya have to do is light the fuse on the firecrackers then throw it at the teacher then you can skip classes easily" Yuan then lit the bundle of fire crackers and threw it at the academy instructor. "Dammit Sarutobi if you keep doing that..." it was too late Yuan had jumped out the window so he could skip the class just like usual the instructor fell for it hook line and sinker the man wasn't to smart. Yuan grinned as he walked down the street he pulled a cigarette and a faux gold plated lighter with the Konohagakure Leaf Symbol on it, and then he lit his cigarette. Then he saw that one of the Instructors of the academy was already after him "Tch seems that the chase in on already" he tightened his fists and started running. "Get back here you brat!".
