| Several aspects to consider when making your character:
It's gotten to the point where people are continuously making characters that are barely into their adulthood and have amazing abilities and aspects about them that make them a main character prodigy of power.
No more of this.
We are going to start cracking down on those that wish to have such characters, are not creating barely out of puberty characters that have amazing aspects about them.
As such from now on (3rd of November 2013), we are making the Academy graduation age NO YOUNGER than age 10, and the chuunin exam age NO YOUNGER than 13. Jounin age also will be no younger than 18. While 18, is actually a very young age for Jounins this will be more heavily monitored based on App details. Great Apps will have a better chance of getting their younger Jounins approved at that age range.
Try and be realistic. While in the anime the younger generation has powerful youngsters, the majority of the most powerful ninja are older than young adults.
Also as of November 3rd, 2013. The Ban on Jounin and Higher apps has been lifted.
